Day 10/11 – Ciudad de México

Yes, yesterday i forgot to post 😛 I’m just about ready to move, only need to pack up my stuff, check out, leave the backpack here (for now), spend the day around, come back and catch the bus at midnight.
Yesterday night was a blast, I’m really going to miss the nightlife of this city! (or maybe not… Veracruz is around the corner) 🙂
Anyway, all good as usual, if not better! My spanish is (slowly) improving, probably in a couple of months I’ll be able to speak without using italian words 😛
That’s all, for now. More updates when I arrive in Veracruz.

    About the reggae night: interesting 🙂 A queue of 20+ minutes just to get it, pat-down to make sure that you don’t bring weapons, and cigarettes+ligher confiscated (and got it back at the end).
    And now you ask: WHY? Well, I don’t know, obviously you can’t smoke inside so they make sure that you REALLY don’t smoke inside.
    As you can imagine, it doesn’t work 🙂
    The place was a old house on 3 floors, converted into a multi-venue reggae club. The music was good and varied and the air was full of weed smoke 😀 Anyway, not bad at all. People of all ages, everyone quite relaxed, only a few reggae-style people (dreadlocks & co), everyone else was just normal and having a good time.
